Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your RPG Maker Official Store apparel, but if your gear doesn't fit your quest, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
